After years of eating lobster rolls all over the country, I often wondered why lobster rolls are always made the same way with only two options. I asked myself, Has anyone ever tried to do anything different with lobster rolls? That's when I quit my office job and spent five months experimenting in my kitchen. As a result, International Lobster Rolls was born.
